A DOLPHIN SPACE TRIP
After having so much fun learning about space the other month, and 3 classes coming together to create a Solar System, KA Dolphins decided it would be best if we all took a trip around the planets!
We talked about what is needed to go to space, and decided that helmets are what we need! So, we created space helmet masks to begin our adventure! And we had lots of fun decorating them!!
We went around each planet starting from the Sun. Here, we are looking at Earth, and reviewing what we have learned about this beautiful planet of ours!
Children were also learning about how planets spin slowly, which is why we have day and night!
KA then decided what we need most, is oxygen. And so, we created oxygen tanks, so that we could travel around all the planets, because we know, that in space, we can not breathe!!
KA had a lot of fun with this, and they learned a lot too, and showed that they could retain the lessons learned. Every month, KA Dolphins are showing more and more progress, and its great watching them become even bigger boys and girls!!!
