Even though we are getting much bigger now, we still have our likes and dislikes with food.
At lunch time we can often hear the children say “I’m full” when they just ate a little bit! But little by little the children are trying to eat new things or something they might not like! So we decided to make our own lunch plates and have fun with food.

大きくなってきた子どもでも、まだまだ食べ物の好き嫌いはあります。
ランチタイムでも一口も食べずにおなかいっぱいと聞くときがあります。
でも少しずつトライして以前よりは食べられるようになってきたりもしています。
今回は違った視点から食育を考えてこどもと楽しんでみました。

We made our “okosama lunch”. Yum yum.



お子様ランチの出来上がり！！

We had a lot of fun thinking about our lunch plates, making a balanced healthy meal with lots of bright colours! Good job Zebras!s

自分で作る楽しさや美味しく見える盛り付けの色合い、栄養などを考えながらみんな取り組んでいました。
