This month we learned about snails and how they can make slime! We talked to the Zebras all about snails and how they are neither boy nor girl, but both! Also we learned that they like dark places. Then we made snail slime!
今回はカタツムリにちなんで、ヌルヌル感を体験するためにスライム作りをしました。
実際にカタツムリを見つけるのは難いため、今回はサイエンスとして体験しました。いづれ本物を見つけられたら触感の違いや観察をしたいと考えています。



We used cornstarch and water to make our slime! Nice and Easy!
材料はコーンスターチ、食紅のシンプルなスタイルでつくりました。



First, we need to put the cornstarch into zip lock bags. We measured it out and put it in so carefully.
まず最初にコーンスターチを入れます。そ～っと気をつけて入れてね



After we chose our colour and added water, we started to mix it up inside the bag.
お水と食紅を足したらよく混ぜてね



We wonder what it feels like! We put our hands inside the bags and tried to pick up the slime. It stuck to our fingers!

ほら、見て～こんな手になっちゃった。



When the water evaporates, it gets harder and harder. When we touch it it is hard but if we let it go it melts off our hands! It is pretty weird and cool.
水を適度に減らして…
触らないと液体なのに、刺激を与えると固体に変身！！なんだか不思議？？？
