We are using the alphabet to study these new poses. B is for Butterfly.
Caterpillars use stomach muscles to crawl, ours get sore from the exercise.
Driving a car was fun and a lot easier than the eagle stance.
We puffed our lungs up for the hot air balloon and deflated falling to the floor gracefully.
We practice the poses we have learned and learn new ones. This is the alligator.
