This time, let’s take a look at Rabbits Class’ corner play. After we eat lunch and brush our teeth, it’s play time! But what will we play? Every day, we can choose from various floor and table activities

今回は室内でのコーナー遊びの様子をお届けいたします。コーナー遊びとは室内にいくつかの遊具を揃えて、こども達の意思で遊びを選んで活動できる時間です。塗り絵のテーブルでは上手に枠内にぬる子、紙を裏にむけてお絵かきをする子、思い思いに楽しんでいます。



At this table, we’re doing puzzles. We often use alphabet, number, shape, and color puzzles to reinforce our daily lessons. We especially love to find the letters for our friends' names and say, “This is Shota’s S!”

こちらのテーブルではパズルをしています。アルファベットや形、数字などレッスンで取り入れた内容のパズルを用意して、パズルを通じてこども達同士のコミュニケーションを促します。“This is Shota’s S” と見せにきてくれる子もいます。



On the carpet, we’re playing with blocks. Right now, the popular activity is to see who can make the longest chain of blue blocks! The tent is our reading corner, but it hasn’t been so popular lately….

カーペットでは主にブロック遊びです。ラビットクラスでは今ブルーが大人気でブルーのブロックをつなげることに熱中しています！！テントの中は読書の空間ですが、あまり人気がありません。。。（泣）



We can play with the teachers too! Here, some of us are matching animals to their shadows with Emily. The rest of us are playing with crayons, puzzles, or blocks. In this way, we can enjoy choosing free play activities for ourselves and make good friends with our classmates!

先生も混じって、こちらは動物の影あてゲームが始まりました。今後もこどもの意思を尊重し、大好きな仲間との楽しい時間をつくって行きたいと思います。
