Today we made 3 flags for our Olympics tomorrow. The children had to choose which flag they wanted to make, cut the paper into small pieces, and glue the paper into the proper pattern.
Class 4 did a good job! Check it out!!

簡単そうに見えて、じつは根気もいるこのクラフト！Class 4は少しずつ時間をかけて作りました。ちぎり絵の国旗は、明日の最終日にご覧いただけます！！




  

“Knock, knock, knock,” said the students.
Then they asked “Where are we going?” Nick answered, “We are going outside to paint a mural.” “Yay!!” shouted the Green Class.

Nick先生のノックの音を聞くと子ども達が質問する習慣。 ５日目になると、その声は大きくハキハキ！Good job, Green Class!




Today in the morning we went outside and painted one of the murals. The children really enjoyed painting and the mural looks great. Well done Green Class!

本物のペンキを目の前に子ども達がワクワクしている時こそがチャンス！
“What’s this color?” “It’s brown.” “It’s chocolate!!” どんどん言葉が飛び出します。

線からはみ出さないように慎重に…。
次第に大胆にのびのびと…。
どんな作品ができあがるのかお楽しみに。






  

Lunch Time!

お隣のクラスへおじゃましま～す。
“May we come in?” “Yes, you may!”




食べる前には “lunch song♪”
そして、“Let’s eat!”



“It’s yummy!” "I can eat everything!”






お腹いっぱい。エネルギーいっぱい。
午後からのアクティビティの準備万端です。  

Good morning!
“How is the weather today~? ♪”
お天気の歌で１日が始まりました。身振り手振りで天気を表現。





“OK! Let’s look outside!!” 本当のお天気はどうかな？
“It’s sunny!!” “So we can go to the pool!!”




こちらは、ゲームタイム。

先生の指示に従って動くゲームや、先生の質問にどちらが先に答えられるか？というゲーム。恥ずかしがっている暇はありません！大きな声で英語を話します。





ここでは、Olympic gameのカードを使ってゲームです。
“Do you use a ball?”
先生に質問をして、どのスポーツの話をしているかを当てるguessing gameです。




どのクラスでも、英語を聞こう、思いを伝えようという一生懸命な姿が見られます。




  

We used bananas, pine apples, lemon juice, orange juice, missed juice, etc…. We mixed our favorite things together and poured then into an ice candy mold.




“May I have pine apples, please!” 好きなトッピングを選びます。

クラス内に甘い香が漂うと “good smell!!”　みんな早く味わいたい気持ちでいっぱいです。

出来上がりを楽しみにしつつ…その後はブロックでこんな作品も作っていました。





明日がくるのが待ち遠しいClass5でした。
